A collection of honest musings on the misadventures of life and love, “Fragmented Bliss” embarks readers on a journey to collapse in laughter and tears because that is how galaxies of memories are formed.

Fragmented Bliss is a collection of poems and prose written by the talented Benita. She was kind enough to share her work for me in exchange of an honest review.

So the book was filled with amazing poems and prose that made me want to highlight my whole copy. I had so many lines noted that it was so difficult to choose what to feature here.  But after gruesome contemplation, here are some of my favorite passages in the book.

” The world has never been in our favor; we’re our own lifesavers. “

” Maybe they spent so much time trying to understand each other’s silences that it had become their own form of communication. “

” I look at you and find it amusing how we are bound to think we won’t ever hurt the ones we truly love. “

” I realized you’ve defeated my prison guards and you hold a key to all my demons. “

” She thinks he deserves more than she could give, he thinks she’s the only wish she want’s to recieve. ”

” Opposite’s attract. Maybe that’s why we pull apart when we get too close. “

If you love these lines then you have got to check out this book. I am giving it 4 splendid heart filled stars!
