February Wrap Up

Whilst January felt like it had 52 days, February felt lile it only had 2 weeks. Days flew so fast! I only got to read 7 books and no classics finished. Although I said I will be reading slowly this year, I was still quite disappointed with my self.

But nevertheless I have made a small dent in my classic read of the month which is Count of Monte Cristo by Alexander Dumas and Thus Spoke Zarathustra by Nietschze, both books I am liking so much and I would love to finish them soon.

I started the month with Velvet was the Night by Silvia Moreno-Garcia, started as a boring noir book, but it turned out to be amazing!

Read Mistborn : Final Empire by Brandon Sanderson for my Cosmere readathon within my bookclub. I listened to the cinematic audiobook and it was amazing.

Also delved into Manga again, read Monster by Naoki Murasaki up to 3 volumes. It was fast paced and very mysterious. I love it!

Read Jhumpa Lahiri’s Roman Stories and each story is such a gem.

Last but not the least, Bring Your Own Book’s BOTM for February is Mondomanila by Wilwayco and it was glorious. The words were so brilliant and everything was si painful.

How about you guys? How was your February?
